In celebration of 2017 International Women’s Day (IWD), DDB Worldwide  announced that for a 24-hour period they will add an R to their name in honor of Phyllis Robinson, the agency’s first female copy chief. Robinson was the original copywriter at the shop. The name change will impact DDB Worldwide’s physical signage, email signatures, meeting rooms and the agency’s website and will be accompanied by an agency-wide social campaign.
