You would be working within the Content Team on a large scale migration project for one of Europe’s biggest automotive brands.

Key responsibilities
Work with Tribal colleagues and clients to create, maintain and improve content.

Key skills and experience required
Must have had extensive hands-on experience using content management systems (CMS) for day-to-day work – AEM a plus.

We are looking for a strong Freelance Digital Project Manager to join a highly successful team to work as part of an account team on one of our prestigious clients. Working closely with design, development and account teams, you will be defining the solution to meet our clients’ requirements, delivery schedule and budgetary estimates through to successful delivery; ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities
Actively manage project resource to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
Produce and manage all project budgetary estimates.
Proactively manage the scope, timings and priority of projects ensuring no work outside the agreed scope is undertaken.
Thorough understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes including techniques for digital solutions including requirements definition, sitemaps, schematics and wireframes, web analytics, etc.;
Proactively manage all financial aspects of projects, managing all cost implications, burn rates and taking remedial action where these have deviated from agreed budgets;
Own the client relationship and day-to-day stakeholder management in the context of delivery of your specific projects;

Maintain and develop Quality Assurance processes for your projects ensuring Tribal Worldwide procedures are consistently applied to manage project risk.

Proven experience in project management gained in a digital agency working on digital products and web builds;
Proven track record of experience delivering creative projects as well as managing technology/web projects of significant scale and complexity and identifying project risk;
Experience working in corporate environments with elevated level of rigour and communicational needs;
Experience working with a media buying agency;
Must have strong client-facing skills; experience managing clients at a variety of levels and across functions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, as our client is located within the same building;
Process orientated, with clear and proactive communication focus, with a sprinkle of commercial acumen thrown in;
Excellent communication skills; must deals well with conflict, work effectively under pressure with a solutions-based focus;
Experience and ability to communicate effectively with 3rd party suppliers and coordinate projects with an off-site team;
Ability to manage expectations of stakeholders both multi-tier internally and externally;
Experience implementing processes and ensuring quality of delivery for cross-channel projects;

Specific responsibilities:
To assist the Commercial Analyst with month end income reporting and forecasting by client.
Running and issuing operational management and realisation reports on a weekly basis, examining and analysing both financial and operational aspects of the business.
Business partnering with the Client Services team to ensure the financial accuracy of each brand is maintained, assisting the Commercial team in managing WIP balances, aged AR and income accruals.
Analysing and issuing finance reports, policy documents and to communicate such policies and procedures to the agency when necessary.
Assisting the Commercial Analyst on running all client retainer reconciliation reports (monthly) and communicating results out to Senior Management, Client Services, Operations, Finance and the Project Management teams.
