At Flexx we execute and deliver final Print & Digital projects at the highest quality. We serve multiple internal Advertising and Communication agencies.

 

The Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will execute creative campaigns through the production team at Flexx Studio.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

In the role of Project Coordinator, your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily contact with Art Directors and the Account Teams to assess project requirements and deliver production-ready files
  • Prepare specifications, estimate project costs, gather needed assets and brief studio staff on project requirements
  • Liaise with production vendors and media partners to execute projects
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to high quality standards
  • Participate in project briefing meetings and internal status meetings
  • Manage permissions and agency access to Cumulus (DAM system)

 

Qualities & Qualifications:

  • Very organized
  • Strong people skills
  • Working knowledge of Mac system and Adobe CC
  • 2+ years of experience in a graphics studio or production environment
  • Familiar with production process (print/digital) and agency procedures

Production Business Manager

A PBM is a process champion who drives seamless workflow for on-time and on-budget delivery of assets. This is someone who has tireless enthusiasm for the details. This individual that can work closely with others to interpret ideas and collaborate towards a common outcome of creating entertaining and engaging content and assets for agency clients.

Areas of Accountability:

  • Support the Agency’s production process by putting to use best practices to ensure an efficient, reliable and accurate workflow
  • Build a strong and positive working relationship with producers, creatives and account teams to review work, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Build on skills to review commercial and content concepts/scripts to advise on hiring talent, securing third party rights and ultimately contracting with all third parties and all performers
  • Master the internal accounting process, procedures and relevant software
  • Actively advise on all budgets and provide solutions to help stay within client approved budget while producing best creative work
  • Develop and fine tune skills in reviewing performer contracts, screen finished commercials to ensure all rights are obtained, develop final cast reports and renegotiate contracts when necessary
  • Support a process for tracking and managing license/usage agreements
  • Support all additional business production needs as they arise

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • 3+ years of experience as a Production Business Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a great, fast paced and talented production and post production team.
  • Strong working knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and the American Federation of Musicians Contract
  • Innovative thinking that is essential to manage the quickly evolving production environment and new media opportunities
  • Experience with integrated, non-broadcast and offshore productions is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills

Production Manager

A Production Manager is a senior-level production business-focused professional who partners with Executive Producers to manage production activity one or more client accounts. This is someone who has tireless enthusiasm for the details, and for mentoring other Production department personnel. This individual works closely with others to interpret ideas and collaborate towards a common outcome of creating entertaining and engaging content and assets for agency clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Agency’s and Client’s production process putting to use best practices to ensure an efficient, reliable and accurate workflow
  • Perform the Production Business Manager role across a range of projects, and
  • Build a strong and positive working relationship with Producers, Creatives and Account teams to review work, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Build on mentoring skills to help Producers, Production Business Managers, and Production Business Associates gain the knowledge they need to be successful
  • Master the internal accounting process, procedures and relevant software. Partner with Agency Accounting and Finance teams to resolve any issues that evolve
  • Actively advise on all budgets and provide solutions to help stay within client approved budget while producing best creative work
  • Develop and fine tune skills in reviewing performer contracts, screen finished commercials to ensure all rights are obtained, develop final cast reports and renegotiate contracts when necessary
