The world of work is constantly moving and evolving and learning is therefore important as it helps us keep on top of trends and developments in our industry. At the same time we recongise the value of training and development as providing an important source of motivation, simulation and job satisfaction.

Catalyst is DDB’s Learning operation, a dedicated team whose responsibility it is to design, build and offer an ever-changing annual calendar of local, regional and global training programs. Our belief is that by participating in seminars, employees not only learn from the discipline specific training, they also meet colleagues from other markets to build relationships that continue long after the training has ended. Making it easier to later work virtually on businesses that we share across borders.

Skills training are offered across a number of topics including proactive business leadership, creative and planning inspiration, along with team and agency leadership development. We believe that it is this social capital coupled with excellence in our craft that creates the kind of network that makes us more influential.
