The Bill Bernbach Diversity Scholarship was established by DDB Worldwide in partnership with the 4A’s to recognize excellence in creative disciplines. Since 1998, the Bill Bernbach Diversity Scholarship Fund has awarded 70 multicultural students over $350,000 in scholarships for almost two decades.

Executive Creative Director at Spike DDB, Dabo Che was featured on a panel hosted by Omnicom Media Group, Omnicom Group, BOUNCE TV, DDB and TBWA to celebrate Black History Month. The event entitled “Black History: Our Image, Our Media, Our Legacy” was held in New York on February 18th and included a keynote speech by Martin Luther King III. Rodgers Townsend, St. Louis’s largest full-service advertising agency – took home the Print Grand Prize at the 17th Annual ANA’s Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Excellence Awards, which recognizes marketers who produced industry-leading multicultural advertising campaigns. Rodgers Townsend earned top honors in the Print Category for the agency’s campaign for The Black Rep, the largest professional African American theatre company in the nation and largest performing arts organization in Missouri. The American Advertising Federation (AAF) will recognize DDB North America’s Diversity + Creativity Partners Program at the 2016 Mosaic Awards on June 5th. DDB will be recognized with the Mosaic Award in the category of Supplier Diversity for its efforts to promote and encourage partnerships within the minority-owned, women-owned, LGBT-owned and small business community across the global network.
