Adam & Eve/DDB Hires Helen Andrews as CEO as Tammy Einav becomes Exec Chair

Helen Andrews, the former managing director of Wieden & Kennedy London, is joining Adam & Eve/DDB as chief executive to replace Tammy Einav, who has been promoted to executive chair of the agency.

Miranda Hipwell, the Omnicom shop’s group managing director, has also been moved up to chief client officer. She will report to Andrews when she joins the company in June.

Andrews will report to Einav, overseeing about 460 employees. She was previously at Wieden & Kennedy London, where she worked for more than 13 years. She joined the business as an account director in 2008 rising to become managing director in 2017. She departed the agency in 2022.
