DDB Sydney and adam&eveDDB Collaborate on McDonald’s Australia Big Mac Chant Challenge

McDonald’s Australia has invited Big Mac fans to test their chanting skills and recite the old Big Mac chant in four seconds in a game available through Snapchat, TikTok and the MyMacca’s app.

Unlike the 1987 competition, where customers had to go in store to compete, “The Big Mac chant challenge” invites fans to share their four-second efforts on their social channels to win a voucher code for a small fries and Coke.

The campaign is a collaboration between DDB Sydney, adam&eveDDB, and OMD. The three agencies partnered Snapchat to build a bespoke lens, enabling the Snapchat community to undertake the chant challenge directly within the app.
