#1. Tammy Einav, Chief Executive, adam&eveDDB

One of the most impressive suits in the business, who has held many a client’s hand on the way to creating brilliant work, Einav took sole control of Adam & Eve/DDB this time last year.

After being a key part of the engine room for many of the agency’s prior successes it was potentially unlucky timing. But she has navigated a number of complicated situations with grace, agility and vigour and is undoubtedly driving the shop towards more great things.
